Turn on your Nintendo 3DS
On the HOME Menu, highlight Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire
Press and hold A, B, X, and Y at the same time
When prompted, choose to delete the save data
Confirm the deletion
Start the game again to begin a new save file
