Turn on your Nintendo 3DS
Start Pokémon Omega Ruby
On the title screen, press Up + B + X at the same time
Confirm the data reset prompt if it appears
If that does not work, delete the save data from the 3DS system settings or game data management
Start the game again to begin a new save file
