Check Google Photos Trash/Bin and restore the videos if they were deleted within the retention period
Check the Gallery app Trash/Recently Deleted folder and restore the videos if available
Check Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or other cloud backups for synced copies

Restore from a recent device backup made with Google One or another backup app
