Open Snapchat and go to your profile
Tap the Settings icon
Scroll down and tap Support
Tap I Need Help
Search for Snapstreak or Streaks
Open the Snapstreak support article
Tap Let us know or Contact Us
Choose My Snapstreak disappeared
Fill out the form with your username, your friend’s username, and streak details
Submit the request to Snapchat Support
Ask your friend to send you a Snap immediately
Keep sending Snaps back and forth every day
Make sure the Snaps are not sent from Memories, Chat, or group chats
Check that both accounts are active and not blocked
Update Snapchat to the latest version
Restart the app and log out and back in if needed
Wait for Snapchat Support to respond
Restore the streak only if Snapchat confirms it can be recovered
