Open Snapchat
Tap your Bitmoji or profile icon in the top-left corner
Tap the Settings gear in the top-right corner
Scroll down to Privacy Controls
Tap Location
Turn on Location Services for Snapchat
If prompted, allow location access in your phone settings
Choose the location access option you want
Close settings and return to Snapchat
