Select Selling
Find the active offer or listing
Open the offer details
Check whether the offer can still be canceled or retracted
If available, choose Cancel Offer or Retract Offer
Confirm the cancellation
If the option is not available, contact the buyer or eBay support
If needed, end the listing or revise the listing instead
