You cannot retrieve or view a Gmail password in plain text
Use the Google Account Recovery page: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
Enter your Gmail address and follow the verification steps
Check saved passwords in your browser’s password manager if you previously saved it
Check your device’s password manager or keychain if you used one
If you are already signed in on a device, go to Google Account settings and change the password
Use account recovery options such as recovery email, recovery phone, or security prompts
If you cannot verify ownership, create a new password after successful recovery
