Connect the iPhone to the computer
Open Finder on Mac or iTunes on Windows
Select the iPhone
Click Restore Backup
Choose the desired backup
Enter the backup password if required
Click Restore
Wait for the restore to complete
Keep the iPhone connected until it restarts
Sign in to iCloud if prompted
Check that your data has been restored
