Click Steam Support
Select Purchases
Choose the game you want to refund
Click I would like a refund
Select the reason for the refund
Choose how you want the refund issued
Submit the refund request
Wait for Steam to review the request
Check your email for the refund decision
Make sure the request is within 14 days of purchase
Make sure the game has been played less than 2 hours
