Click Steam Support
Select the game you want to return
Click I would like a refund
Choose the reason for the refund
Select how you want the refund to be issued
Submit the refund request
Wait for Steam to review the request
Check your email for the refund decision
Make sure the request is within Steam’s refund window: within 14 days of purchase and under 2 hours of playtime
