Select the game you want to refund
Click I would like a refund
Choose the refund reason
Select your refund method
Submit the request
Check that the purchase is within Steam’s refund rules
Refunds usually require the game to be purchased within 14 days and played less than 2 hours
Wait for Steam to review the request
Check your email for the refund decision
If approved, the refund will be sent to your chosen payment method or Steam Wallet
