Choose the reason for return
Select pickup address and return method if prompted
Confirm the return request
Pack the item with all original tags, accessories, and packaging
Keep the item ready for pickup
Hand over the package to the delivery agent during pickup
Track the return status in My Orders
Wait for the refund or replacement after the return is approved
