Go to My Orders
Select the product you want to return
Click on Return or Exchange
Choose the reason for return
Select pickup address and refund method if asked
Confirm the return request
Keep the product packed with original tags, labels, and accessories
Hand over the product to the pickup agent when they arrive
Track the return status in My Orders
Wait for the refund after the return is approved and received
