Sign in to Yahoo Mail
Click the Settings gear icon
Select More Settings
Look for the option to switch back to Basic Mail or another older view
If available, choose the old version and save changes
If no switch option appears, use Yahoo Mail in a supported browser and disable browser extensions that may affect the layout
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again
Try the Yahoo Mail Basic version if it is still available in your region
If the old interface is no longer offered, contact Yahoo Support for confirmation
