Preheat the oven to 375°F
Pat the turkey wings dry
Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Rub the wings with oil or melted butter
Place the wings in a roasting pan or baking dish
Add sliced onions, garlic, or herbs if desired
Cover loosely with foil
Roast for 45 minutes
Remove the foil
Continue roasting for 30 to 45 minutes
Baste the wings with pan juices halfway through if desired
Roast until the skin is browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let the wings rest for 10 minutes before serving
