Unbutton the cuff and any sleeve placket buttons
Fold the cuff back once to the desired height
Smooth the fabric flat
Fold the sleeve up again, keeping the width even
Repeat until the sleeve reaches the preferred length
Adjust both sleeves so they match
Tuck any loose fabric neatly under the roll
