Unbutton the cuff and any gauntlet button
Fold the cuff back once so it sits just above the wrist
Smooth the fabric flat
Fold the sleeve upward again to the desired height
Keep the folds even and tight
Adjust both sleeves to match
Leave the sleeve at a comfortable point below the elbow or at the elbow
Tuck in any loose fabric so it looks neat
