Unbutton the cuff
Unbutton the gauntlet if present
Smooth the sleeve flat
Fold the cuff back once to the desired height
Fold again to cover the cuff and create a neat roll
Repeat until the sleeve reaches the desired length
Adjust both sleeves so they match
Smooth any wrinkles and straighten the folds
