Enable the Analysis ToolPak
Open Excel
Click File
Click Options
Click Add-ins
In Manage, select Excel Add-ins
Click Go
Check Analysis ToolPak
Click OK
Prepare your data with one dependent variable column and one or more independent variable columns
Make sure each column has a header
Click the Data tab
Click Data Analysis
Select Regression
Click OK
Set the Input Y Range
Set the Input X Range
Check Labels if your ranges include headers
Choose an output location
Select an output option
Click OK
Review the regression output
Check R Square
Check coefficients
Check p-values
Check residual output if needed
