Open Instagram and go to your story
Tap the three dots or More option
Select Save or Save Story
If available, choose Save Video or Save to Camera Roll
If music is included, note that Instagram may remove the audio when saving
Use screen recording while playing the story to keep the music
On iPhone, use Screen Recording from Control Center
On Android, use Screen Recorder from Quick Settings
Start recording before opening the story
Play the story with music in full screen
Stop the recording after the story ends
Trim the recorded video if needed
Use a third-party app only if you trust it and it complies with Instagram rules
Save the final video to your device
