Open the Google Maps app on your phone
Make sure you are signed in to your Google account
Search for the place or area you want to save
Tap the place name or address at the bottom
Tap the three-dot menu or More
Select Download offline map
Adjust the map area if needed
Tap Download
Wait for the download to finish
Access saved maps from your profile picture or menu
Open Offline maps to view or manage them
