Open the PDF in a PDF editor that has permission to save changes
Enter the password if the file is protected and you are authorized to access it
Go to the print option and choose Save as PDF if printing is allowed
Use the export or save a copy feature in the PDF editor
Remove security settings in the document properties if you have the owner password
Save the file with a new name after unlocking it
Use an online PDF unlock tool only if you have the legal right to do so
Ask the document owner for an unprotected copy if you do not have permission
