Open TikTok and go to your profile
Tap Drafts
Open the draft you want to save
Tap Next
Set the video privacy to Only me if needed
Tap More options if available
Turn on Save to device
Tap Post
Wait for the video to upload and save to your camera roll
Check your camera roll or gallery for the saved video
