Open TikTok and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon in the top right
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Privacy
Tap Following list
Choose Only me to hide it from others
If the Following list option is not available, set your account to Private
To make your account private, go to Privacy
Tap Private account and turn it on
Check your profile from another account to confirm the setting
