Open the Camera app
Point the camera at the QR code
Wait for the QR code link or prompt to appear
Tap the prompt to open it
If it does not scan, open Quick Settings and turn on QR code scanning
If needed, use Bixby Vision or Google Lens from the Camera app
You can also use the Samsung Internet app or Gallery app if the QR code is in an image
