Open the Camera app on your Samsung phone
Point the camera at the QR code
Hold the phone steady until the code is detected
Tap the pop-up link or action that appears
If it does not scan, open Quick Settings and turn on QR code scanning
Open the Camera app again and try scanning
If needed, open Samsung Internet or Bixby Vision and use the QR scanner there
Make sure the QR code is well lit and fully visible
Clean the camera lens if the scan does not work
