How To Scanner Mac?

Connect the scanner to your Mac via USB, Wi-Fi, or network

Turn on the scanner

Open System Settings

Go to Printers & Scanners

Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax

Select your scanner from the list

Click Add

Open Preview or Image Capture

Choose File

Select Import from Scanner or Import from [scanner name]

Adjust scan settings if needed

Click Scan

Save the scanned file to your Mac
