Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart or Reboot
If no Restart option appears, tap Power off
Wait until the phone turns off completely
Press and hold the Power button again until the phone turns on
If the phone is frozen, press and hold Power and Volume Down together for 10 to 20 seconds
Release the buttons when the phone restarts
If needed, use the device’s settings menu and select Restart or Reboot
