Press Ctrl + Show Windows (key looks like a rectangle with two vertical lines) to open the screen capture toolbar
Select one of the options in the toolbar:
Capture full screen
Capture partial screen (click and drag to select an area)
Record screen (choose to record full screen or a selected area, if prompted)
For recording: start recording from the toolbar option
Stop recording by clicking Stop in the toolbar or pressing the same shortcut again (if shown)
View saved recordings in the Files app under Downloads (or in the Screen captures folder)
If you don’t see the toolbar, press Ctrl + Show Windows again and re-select Record screen
