Open the Quick Settings panel or Control Center
Look for the Screen Record or Screen Recording button
If it is not visible, edit the panel and add it
Tap Screen Record
Choose whether to record audio or show touches, if prompted
Start the recording
Perform the actions you want to capture
Stop the recording from the status bar, notification panel, or Control Center
Find the saved video in your Photos, Gallery, or Files app
