Open the app or platform you want to share from
Start or join a meeting, call, or presentation
Look for the Share Screen, Present, or Screen Share button
Click the button
Choose Entire Screen, Window, or Browser Tab
Select the screen, window, or tab you want to share
Click Share or Start Sharing
Switch to the content you want to show
To stop sharing, click Stop Sharing or Stop Presenting
