Open the app or meeting platform you want to use
Join or start the meeting
Look for the Screen Share, Share Screen, or Share button
Click the share button
Select the screen, window, or app you want to share
Choose whether to share audio if needed
Click Share or Start Sharing
Check that others can see your screen
Stop sharing when finished by clicking Stop Share or Stop Sharing
