Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot automatically
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area
Open Paint or another app and paste with Ctrl + V if using the clipboard
Save the screenshot file if it opens in an editor
Use Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch from the Start menu for more options
