Check whether you have a recent WhatsApp backup in Google Drive or local storage
Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp
Verify your phone number during setup
Restore the chat backup when prompted
Use notification history if it was enabled before the message was deleted
Open Android Settings
Go to Notifications
Tap Notification history
Look for the deleted WhatsApp message there
Use a third-party notification log app only if you already had it installed before the message was deleted
Check any linked devices where the message may still be visible
Ask the sender to resend the message
