Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap Downloads under Locations or On My iPhone
Check Safari downloads in the Downloads folder
Open the app you used to download the file
In Safari, tap the download icon in the address bar
In Mail, open the attachment or saved file location
In Messages, tap the file to view or save it
Use the Search bar in Files to find the downloaded item
Check the Recents tab in Files
