Open Spotify and play a song that has lyrics available
Tap the Now Playing bar at the bottom
Swipe up on the song screen
Tap Lyrics if it appears
Follow the synced lyrics as the song plays
On desktop, click the microphone or Lyrics button in the Now Playing view
If lyrics do not appear, the song may not have lyrics available on Spotify
Make sure Spotify is updated to the latest version
