Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon in the top right
Tap Insights if you have a professional account
Check profile visits under account insights
Switch to a professional account if Insights is not available
Open Settings and privacy
Tap Account type and tools
Tap Switch to professional account
Note that Instagram does not show exact names of profile visitors
Use Insights only to see total profile visit counts
