Open Instagram and go to the hashtag page
Tap the three dots in the top right corner
Select Hide this hashtag or Not interested if available
If the option is not available, mute related accounts that use the hashtag
Unfollow accounts that frequently post the hashtag
Tap the three dots on posts using the hashtag and choose Not interested
Use Instagram’s content controls in Settings and privacy
Restrict sensitive content in Suggested content settings
Report posts or accounts if the hashtag is used in harmful or spam content
