Open the active listing you want to send an offer for
Make sure the listing has Best Offer enabled
Select Send offer to buyers
Choose the eligible buyers from the list
Enter your offer price
Add any message if desired
Review the offer details
Send the offer
Wait for buyers to accept, decline, or counteroffer
