Open Facebook Messenger
Open a chat with the person you want to send money to
Tap the plus icon or payment option in the chat
Select Send Money or Payments
Enter the amount
Choose or add your payment method
Review the details
Tap Send
Confirm the payment if prompted
Wait for the recipient to accept the money if required
Check your payment history in Messenger or Facebook Pay
Make sure both accounts are in a supported country and meet Facebook’s payment requirements
