Open Messenger and go to the chat
Tap the plus icon or attachment icon
Select File or Document
Browse and choose the MP3 file
Tap Send
If File or Document is not available, upload the MP3 to cloud storage and share the link
If needed, rename the file with a .mp3 extension before sending
