Turn on the TV and the DISH remote receiver
Press and hold the TV button on the remote until all mode buttons light up
Release the TV button
Enter the TV brand code using the number buttons
Press the Pound button
Press the Power button to test the TV
If the TV turns off, press the TV button again to save the code
If the TV does not turn off, repeat with another code for your TV brand
If needed, use the remote’s code search function to find the correct code
Press the Menu button on the DISH remote
Select Settings
Select Remote Control
Select the device you want to set up
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish pairing the remote to the TV
