Download and install a live wallpaper app such as Lively Wallpaper, Wallpaper Engine, or DeskScapes
Open the app after installation
Browse or import a live wallpaper video, GIF, or animated scene
Select the wallpaper you want to use
Click Apply, Set Wallpaper, or equivalent
Adjust playback, audio, and performance settings if needed
Set the app to launch at startup if you want the wallpaper to stay active after reboot
If using Windows, right-click the desktop and check the app’s wallpaper settings if available
If using multiple monitors, choose the display you want to apply the wallpaper to
Keep the app running in the background for the live wallpaper to remain active
