Open Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Appearance
Turn on Show home button
Choose New Tab page or enter a custom web address
To set the startup page, click On startup
Select Open a specific page or set of pages
Click Add a new page
Enter the homepage URL
Save the changes
