Press and hold the Adjust button until the display starts flashing
Use the Mode button to cycle to the time setting
Press the Forward or Reverse button to change the hour
Press the Mode button to move to the minutes
Press the Forward or Reverse button to change the minutes
Continue pressing Mode to set seconds, year, month, and day if needed
Press the Adjust button to save and exit
If your model has atomic or Bluetooth sync, use the sync function instead of manual setting
