Press and hold the top-left button until the time starts flashing
Use the bottom-left button to move through settings
Use the top-right and bottom-right buttons to change the flashing value
Set the seconds, hour, minutes, year, month, and day as needed
Press the top-left button again to save and exit
If your G-Shock has a mode button, press it to enter timekeeping mode first
If your model is solar or atomic, make sure it is charged or synced before setting the time
If the watch has a home city setting, select the correct city before adjusting the time
If the watch has 12-hour or 24-hour format, choose the desired format during setup
