Press and hold the Adjust button until the time starts flashing
Use the Mode button to cycle through the settings
Select the seconds setting and press the Start/Stop or Search button to reset if needed
Move to the hour setting and use the Start/Stop or Search button to change the hour
Move to the minutes setting and use the Start/Stop or Search button to change the minutes
Continue through the date, month, year, and other settings if available
Press the Adjust button again to save and exit
If your model has an analog display, use the hand-setting mode if needed
