Press and hold the Adjust button until the time starts flashing
Use the Mode button to move through the settings
Use the Start/Stop or Forward button to change the flashing value
Set the seconds, hour, minutes, year, month, and day as needed
Press Mode to move to the next setting
Press Adjust to save and exit
If your model has atomic or Bluetooth sync, use the sync function to set the time automatically
