Unpack the pack and play and remove all parts from the carrying bag
Unfold the frame fully until it locks into place
Push down on the center of the floor until it is flat and secure
Lock each side rail into position
Attach the mattress pad or bassinet insert if included
Place the mattress pad on the bottom and ensure it fits snugly
Check that all corners and sides are fully locked
Make sure there are no gaps, loose parts, or sharp edges
Set up any accessories according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Place the pack and play on a flat, stable surface
Test the setup by gently pressing on the sides and center
Add only the recommended bedding or accessories
Keep the area clear of toys, blankets, and other loose items
