Confirm your identity if prompted (for limits or verification)
Set up a Venmo PIN if prompted
Customize your privacy settings:

Tap Privacy
Choose who can see your transactions
Search for friends by username, phone number, or email
Send money:
Tap Pay or the Pay icon
Enter the recipient (name/username)
Enter the amount
Add a note (optional)
Tap Pay
Request money:
Tap Request or the Request icon
Enter the recipient
Enter the amount
Add a note (optional)
Tap Request
Withdraw funds to your bank:
Tap Me or your profile
Tap Transfer to Bank
Select the bank account
Enter the amount
Tap Transfer
